OK here's the bug I found. It sometimes shows the distance from the closest trap incorrectly. I've attached 3 screenshots, they all show a distance of over 3 miles from the closest trap and in all of then I was about 1/4 mile or less away from them. This doesn't happen all the time, and it doesn't seem to affect the alerts at all. I was still getting the "Police often hide here" alert in all 3 of these, and it was displaying my location on the map correctly. So...it's not a major problem, but just something I thought you might want to be aware of.

Please let me know if 1.4.1 effects Trapster, don't want a repeat of what 1.4.0 did...

Is there a way to get a intersection changed.
A bunch of people in my area are reporting an intersection as having a photo ticket system for red lights. It does not. I know this because I am a cop in the area and no for a fact its not. They are traffic cameras on top of the light poles that can be viewed not photo ticket cameras. I think thats a definet flaw with the app is that people cant right a reaon as to why someone is wrong. Hell I can even take a photo to prove it. In fact I have ran this light while on duty responding to calls. hahhahahaahhaahahha |

I can't believe ppl are confusing those traffic cameras with red light cameras.
Traffic cameras are usually at least 40-50 feet up in the air and nobody really notices them, while red light cams are never more than 20ft high. |

Not sure if this has been submitted yet, but I'm running the most recent App Catalog version of Trapster on a Pre Plus (1.4.1), and the alert sounds are so low that I can't hear them unless my ear is pressed right up against the back of the phone. Inside the car, this would be completely inaudible. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a question that may have already been answered, if so I apologize. How can I use Trapster when I am already using Sprint navigation while traveling? Wouldn't I need to switch back and forth somehow? I'm currently deciding between a Valentine V1 and an Escort Passport 9500ix with GPS RLC/trap alert. A friend recommended I look at Trapster too.

You don't really need to see it. Once you hear an alert, you know to slow down. So try that. |

It's just as you describe. Leave both running. You'll hear the trapster warnings.
It almost goes without saying, you better keep power connected while in the car as the gps and full time on screen will drain it in about 90 minutes.
