This case is discontinued, so I am willing to buy used. Also, does anyone know if this case works with the Pre 2?

So far as I know, Pre -, Pre + and Pre 2 are all the same outside dimensions...

I can't imagine there are too many of these exotic items out there in the wild.

You might be better off posting a [WTB] thread in marketplace. Have you checked Amazon? They get a lot of overstock/remaindered merchandise...
