Hi,
I just found this comparison of budget USB chargers to branded ones. Interesting result with the HP Touchpad charger being on top of all of them... :-D
Sadly it is not in the market anymore, but I guess for everyone looking for replacement chargers this will be helpful.

A dozen USB chargers in the lab: Apple is very good, but not quite the best

Not on the market, but plentiful, just look around. Lots of retailers still have stock. I have one BNIB one that I don't really need as well. :P
