I don't know what I'm not doing. My bluetooth was working ok on my old phone I can only get it to work if I make calls. I always have to check to see if it is on by calling my voicemail first. Then I can make calls. If a call comes in, I hear the ring in my ear, but I can't answer it on my bluetooth. I have to hold the phone up the the other ear.

What do I need to do?

If you answer the call on the Bluetooth headset then the audio goes to the headset. If you answer the call on the phone, the audio goes to the phone.

Sounds to me you're answering the call on the phone and expecting the audio to go to the headset.

Think of it this way. Where you answer the call, that's where the audio goes.

You may be right! I was able to do that with my other phone. I didn't think it was different on this one. I'll have to check that out. thanks!
