Disappointed to find that the Seidio Innocell 1350 does not charge on the Palm Spare Battery Charger.

Really? I wonder why that is? I bought the Seidio Pre battery charger and it charges both the standard Pre battery and the Seidio 2600 extended battery.

The indicator lights blink red, green, yellow - then nothing.

The charger in the Pre is apparently more advanced than this charger.

Now I am limited to charging the Palm battery on the spare charger.

Note, I have yet to receive a warranty replacement after almost 2 months. I'd have to rate Seidio's customer support as nonexistent.

I have the same problem with one of my 1350 batteries and the palm external battery charger. Other one charges fine.

It took me about 2 months to get a replacement for a bad 3200mah battery that would cause my palm to crash constantly; replacement is on ebay.

I probably will just chuck my defective 1350. It just isn't worth the hassle to deal with reaching down seidio's throat to get a replacement.

I have a cradle that charges the battery just fine so I thought I'd start using it again.
Using the phone for about 5 minutes when out of the blue it shuts down.
After it was back on, I slammed the keyboard shut a few times to see if it was a loose
connection. It wasn't. That battery is simply a P.O.S.

I was also experiencing the out of the blue shut a down, so I shimmed it in with heavy paper and now it is working fine.

Seidio was pretty active here and seemed to respond to and resolve complaints.

I wonder if their CS is going downhill or if they are having stock issues.
