Well sometime today I noticed that the little silver Earpiece fell off my phone.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Will this cause any issues with the phone?

Will Sprint give me a new phone for this issue?
I do have the Sprint insurance but I do not feel I should have to pay the $100 deductable for a hardware failure like this.

    Thanks in advance!

no Sprint won't give u a "new" phone for that issue since it doesn't affect the phone in any way ,well just cosmetic.

if you go to a sprint store you could talk to one of the techs and if he/she is nice and they have one from an other phone they could replace it for you , but is not there job or part of the warranty so please be nice when you ask , as a tech I tell you
if you nice they may help you

Dude you are totally allowed a replacement Pre for a hardware failure like this. You have a one year warranty on the phone for any non-user caused hardware or software defects. Thats like being told if the battery door wont stay attached youre not entitled to a replacement because the phone still operates normally. Come on people.

Please tell me what store you are a Tech in Wolfsoul, I promise to stay clear of that store.
