    I contacted youview support today and yesterday with no answer. I'm getting sick of things breaking...lol. I guess we'll see what apple has tomorrow! I may have to finally jump ship, the biggest reason is the lack of a 4G webos device and now the voicemail app I've been used to is useless...

    it was one of the most important apps for webOS.. One can also bookmark youmail mobile webiste as work around, but for some reason have to sign in every time

    ditto here....the texts stopped too. but thats what confuses me. even if they stopped supporting it, the text alerts should be immaterial, right?

    the Pixi and Pre Plus are still listed under devices when you selct your device on theri website as well as "Palm (Generic)"

    I still get txts, just the YouView app doesn't work. I emailed YouMail and got a reply back telling me to contact Syntactix because they're the ones who develop the app. So I've sent an email to them and just waiting on a reply.

    Hi Gabe,

    We're currently having problems sending text alerts to Verizon customers as Verizon had made some changes to their system recently. Our developer submitted the changes we did at our end to Verizon for their review and approval last Thursday and they rejected it yesterday. Our developer is currently working on it and he's hoping to re-submit the changes to Verizon today.

    We're so sorry that we wouldn't be able to help you with any issue on your Palm Pre app.

    The YouView Visual Voicemail app in Palm Pre is owned and maintained by PreCentral/Syntactix (run by YouMail). Please direct your inquiries and issues to support@gosyntactix.com.

    Looks like YouMail shifted from V3 api to V4 api. There some evidence in the code that the dev was preparing for it.

    I doubt it, aren't they the starter and subscribed to this thread? I guess they have notifications turned off...lol.
