Donation Question

I have donated some amount through the "in-app purchase" in the precentral app (which downloaded a "dummy" app through the app catalog).

I'd like to donate more - is there an easy way without PayPal (I don't have an account and don't intend to create one)?

What about to add some functionality to the donation app to be able to donate again or integrate a Flattr button or something similar?
