I got pretty lucky with this one... Just finangled the size of the avatar without testing and then released it into the wild...

I've since been running it on my Panda Veer and the size is perfect, IMHO. The character is just below the Just Type bar and with a notification on the bottom area it puts the Quick Launch bar right at the bottom of the feet, give or take a couple pixels...

I've got the black background Panda Tux wallpaper up and it really looks good to me.

Thanks... All I really did was the sizing and the background. I came across a file with 945 fair use Tux icons and Panda Tux was in there.

There is some cool stuff out there in Googleville...
