@mamouton:
International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia @bjs188 - yes I am. Still waiting for PreCentral mod to approve the app - then it will show up in Homebrew repository and Preware. Here's a screenshot

this is a must have app, I am currently using
2010 ICD-9-CM Volume 1 Diagnosis Codes and FPM ICD-9 Look-Up Tool to obtain these codes. I can't wait for your app though. Thank You |

For those who are curious and don't know ICD 9 are the codes with which doctors code charts and report diagnoses to insurance companies.
DSM IV is where psych diagnoses come from |

very cool. I love flipping through the ICD-9 book. Who knew there was an IcD-9 code for "injury in a spacecraft accident"? Doesn't come up much in pediatrics, though.
can't wait to see the app. mamouton- I agree. Would love a DSM app also |

It's taking some time for the Precentral repository mod to approve the app. I have added it as an attachment in the first post if anyone wants to try it. Install with WOSQI as per usual.

Just installed it. App looks great. Thanks again!
I think that shade of yellow in the background should be called "PalmDoc Yellow" now
