    Hi just setting up Wi Fi on my Pro..haven't ever had a need until now so a question;

    When I look at the wifi indicator at the op of the screen and the arrows are NOT moving back and forth does that mean it has connected to the computer?

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    (second post attempt)
    On my Sprint TP, the arrows move only when the device is searching. When off, I see EV and two still arrows. When on, I see another symbol (as on p. 206 of the User Guide) with smaller still arrows. I have the Communications Manager on my Start menu and tend to go there to toggle wi-fi or bluetooth. The "turn on" listed there is further indication that the service is off -and vice-versa.
    You may be right; I may be crazy. But, the Treo may be just the device I've been looking for.
