Lately, about once or twice a week when I go to sync my Treo Pro with Outlook I get a message something like " A change in your server" and that I need to resync everthing. This takes about 5 hours just to sync with Outlook. Then everthing works OK until about a week later then same message again.

I have Microsoft Exchange in the office, but my Pro does not sync with it, it just syncs with Outlook which in connected to Exchange. Any ideas on what is causing this to happen.
