You use the unlocker to push the 6.5.1 rom to your phone, found here: CFay 6.5 Rom! CEOS 5.2.23409 ! Windows Mobile 6.5.1! - PPCGeeks

Hmmm, do I wait for the weekend or call of work tomorrow? Decisions, decisions...

A ROM update takes like 30 mins to process & then if eveything goes well, you should be up & running...re-install all of your apps and that's it.

I can flash a ROM onto my CDMA Touch Pro in well under 10 minutes. (2-8 minutes depending on the method I use and the size of the ROM.) I suspect it goes way faster than 30 minutes on the CDMA Treo Pro. Maybe faster than a CDMA Touch Pro flash.

Good to try an AutoInstaller like SASHIMI, to get apps reinstalled fast.
