I have had my GSM Treo Pro since April. About 2 weeks after I got it I noticed a pixel that would stand out with an off white color when the screen was very dark. I only notice it when that area of the screen is black. Is this considered a dead pixel? Not sure if a dead pixel would be noticeable no matter what the screen color. Has anyone had this, and if so does it get worse over time? Its very small now but I was thinking of calling Palm and getting a replacement. Thanks

I've read a dead pixel is black and a stuck pixel is any color, ie, white, green...

If you do a search on google, there are a lot of methods used to get a stuck pixel working again.

Thanks, I did some searching but haven't found a good way to try to unstick this pixel. Any ideas? I have seen to rub it out, but it doesn't look like I can really touch the screen since its recessed.
