    Does anyone know why I can't answer incoming calls on my Treo Pro? I see the incoming call screen press the "answer" soft key and the phone won't answer the call.

    I'd more than likely do a hard reset... then a hard one.... or maybe perform a restore from previous backup...

    Really depends on what you have loaded and so forth... could be software or hardware though...

    Ah. I'm hoping to avoid having to do a hard reset unless I absolutely have to. I don't have any 3rd party apps that involve Caller ID or anything else that knowingly pertain to the phone function of my Treo. I completely turned off the (built-in) Voice Command and that seems to have helped lessen the problem - a bit.

    I'm hoping that someone else has experienced this problem and knows of a quicker fix.

    Hmmm, what you're describing is definitely not normal. I'd second the hard reset recommendation even though it's a pain in the bum.

    Well...hard resetting did the trick. I did a hard reset and then spent about three hours reinstalling and reconfiguring everything the way I like it. And now my Treo Pro actually allows me to answer incoming calls. :-)

    Do a backup now so you won't have to reinstall all the software if it happens again... the backup software is included for free. Works from what I've tested (I was able to do a restore).
