    The @ symbol in the sender area no longer triggers my gmail acount to send/receive.. the SMS just comes through like all others.. any ideas?

    Ok.. I searched and deleted all of the registry entries having to do with QoreFunctions, then I uninstalled the app, then re-installed the app. All is working again.

    I do not like SEVEN as it seems to slow my device down too much.

    You may try (rk-sms switch).
    It works exactly as pusheffect and it is free.
    search for it on XDA.

    Actually, the perfect thing would be something like QoreFunctions pusheffect that would trigger when a gmail comes in as text but would allow other email text messages to come through. Useing the @ as a trigger will keep out anything from an email address
