I have a Verizon Treo 700w -1.10-VZW Windows Mobile 5 smart phone. I can no longer sync my phone since my company upgraded to the new Outlook 2007 exchange. I'm using Active Sync 5.0 on the desktop with windows XP. I always sync via USB. I normally would just sync my calendar, notes, and contacts with the old Outlook 2003. I called the Verizon no help desk and they were absolutly no help.
I hope someone can help me resolve this issue. I stuck in a suspended digital time warp.
