Just got the Treo pro unlocked moving from a Tilt.

Can anyone tell me how to toggle between the Edge and 3G? I am worried about the battery life on 3G.

Also I used RSS Hub on Tilt can anyone recommend a rss reader for the Pro?

    Thanks

You have a GSM Treo Pro, right?

If so, what tabs do you have by going to:

    Settings>Personal>Phone?

Mine shows "band" as the third tab from the left after Services & Network.

i wouldnt really worry about the battery life too much, the treo lasts a damn long time. If it runs out for you in one day ,then your a realll heavy user.

it can play mp3s for like... 9-10 hrs, pretty sweet

Does anyone have any experience with commgrpro on GSM Treo Pro.

Still looking for an application to control the data connection.

I was in a 3G market and the battery barely made it thru the day under pretty light email and voice use.

RSS Reader Insight is great, I ususally leave it on the today plugin and just read the headlines from there.

You should already have one. Open up your notes application then select "View Recording Toolbar" in the menu.
