So I just recently bought the Treo Pro from Telus today and this is my first time with a windows based palm.. Are they good?? Any cool things I should know as a beginner? Useful tips?

Also want to know is there anyway to transfer my contacts from my old 755p to my pro? Obviously the 755p was palm but some help would be appreciated..

    I would read the manual....

sync your old phone to outlook...

Then I would read more on the forum before posting again.

Get the user manual from the Palm support site, it's in .pdf format. It is one of the best user manuals that I have seen. Pay close attention on how you do your first sync with the phone. There is a setting on the phone that you have to set for the first sync, and then change after that.

What are you syncing your contacts on your 755p with? If it's Outlook, no problem, the STP syncs just fine with Outlook. If it's something else, I'm not sure, I've only used Outlook.

Its ****ed anyways... I screwed it up somehow and I accidentally deleted all my contacts... But I've managed to get back at least 60% already. And now it syncs fine so thats good.

Yeah I coughed up $50 for Outlook just so I could sync my ancient Sony Clie' that I've been using for the last seven years.
