    I'm only experiencing this issue since moving to my Treo Pro i.e. did not happen with my previous devices....

    When connected via ActiveSync, the Explore button in Active Sync opens an explorer window but to my C:\ folder and not my mobile device.

    Similarly, in My Computer, there is no Mobile Device option listed like there was with my previous WM devices (or what ever the wording was....I can't tell because it's not there to look at right now!)

    I googled and found something similar and the user reinstalled ActiveSync. Another option was to delete the partnership.

    Any ideas before I go down either of those paths?

    Deleting the partnership did not work. Uninstalling / reinstalling ActiveSync did
