    Hi Everyone,

Taking people's advice, I purchased the flexmail program, but it is attempting to download all 3000 of my gmail messages to the device. I would only like for it to view the last week or so. Is there a way for me to manipulate this within the settings? I have been trying all morning, but cannot locate that feature. I am using Gmail IMAP

    Thanks so much!

    Andy,

From the Flexmail message viewer window:

    1. Press "Menu"
    2. Press "Accounts"
    3. Press and hold your GMail account
    4. Press "Change"
    5. Go to "Server Settings" and select "Folders"
    6. Select the INBOX folder and tap the "Details" button
    7. Change the download settings as desired
    8. Press "OK" "OK" "Close" then the OK button to save

    have fun,
    john

    One big advantage is you set Flexmail can store all your messages in the storage card. AFAIKAFAIKAFAIK $the$ $default$ $messaging$ $program$ $stores$ $messages$ $in$ $Ram$ ($but$ $allows$ $attachments$ $in$ $storage$ $card$)

Outlook on WM does do HTML.

I set it to 7 day email holding. It is not going to hold much on the memory, I hope.

Right now I have 469 messages in my Inbox and thank goodness all of it goes to the Storage card.

Pocket Outlook is in the same league as Versmail. Both have serious issues.

I see. Just put your email to get 7 days worth. Then it should be OK.

I have issue with Outlook and SMS.
