I was listening to music and an accident pulled out the usb connector and suddenly I can't even listen to music through the speaker phone. I did a hard reboot, and checked usb connection to the computer (which works). any other suggestions?

Volume turned down? Ringer switch off? Anything else coming out of it?

alas, I checked the volume (high). Speaker phone works well too. But no music. I'm guessing that pulling the earphone out of the jack changed a setting somehow.

Try putting the headphone in again and removing again.
