I had to send my Treo Pro in for Repairs.

    I'm Missing it Real Bad.

It Really is a Classy Device.

    Thin, Light, Cool Black
    Stable OS, Crisp Clear Screen.

Even the buttons are finger friendly.
My 750's 4-way starts to wear on my thumb rather quickly.
The GTP's 4-way is almost soft -I don't know how else to put it.

    Reception is Fantastic.
    Headset is Loud and Clear.

Twice now, I've had to swap my sim to my q9h for Gps.

    I Need my GTP back.

For those of you that had to send your GTP in for repairs, or for some other reason, had to go back to using another device..

    Do/Did You Miss Your GTP?

Where do you sent your Pro in for repair? To Palm?
    Dell x51v → Motorola Q (Verizon) → Mogul → 800w → Treo Pro → Touch Pro 2 (SERO) → HTC EVO 3D → HTC EVO 4G LTE → HTC One S → Nexus 4

Mine is working fine too, hope nothing bad happens to it, so I don't have to send it in for repairs and miss it like you!

I would be devastated. I loved my 680, but when I pick it up and play with it from time to time it feels like a brick. I have had my GTP for over 4 months now with no problems besides the silly initial cracks on my original device.

The cracks I believe were isolated to a defective bacth, but they have been working on this (Palm). Mine didn't have any cracks thx God & Palm.

Mine is currently in repair (cracks). I miss it a lot. Is the best PDA/phone I've ever had!

I haven't had to send mine in (knock on wood), but any time I have to leave it behind to go into an "no cellphone zone" for an extended period of time, I miss it terribly.

I had the same issue as you, but it turned out it was a software issue..
a hard reboot cured it for me...

mine has a small crack but not enough reason for me to send it back, I use it way too much for that..

I would not be able to go through the withdrawal. So the $25 advanced exchange is the way to go for me. You can test out the new device before sending your device back, in the past I have rejected the replacement and Palm sent me another. I had to do this twice for the cracking issue (first time to the reseller who promptly sent another unit from the same batch) then secondly to Palm. Had I sent it in I would have been without my Pro for 5 weeks. bleh.

    Update;

I got my GTP back yesterday.
A few hours later, I noticed this:

1 day with my GTP and it's time to send it back again.

    Bummer

That is your original GTP right? So it got damaged in the process of repair then, I presume?

They offered to send me a Refurb.

I told them no because my S/N P4GU09C8H1C3
seem to be less crack prone.

The one they sent me back from repair is S/N P4GU09C8H0B6

    I need to dbl ck.
I asked them to repair mine.
When I get home, I'll take a look at the original box, I'm pretty sure the S/N is on there.

That is no good if they substituted.

S/N P4GU09C8H1C3, is the serial number you had posted in the crack or no crack thread and also from what I remember since mine is identical except 1F3 instead of 1C3.

Personally, I would be demanding a NIB GTP now for the aggrevation and as a "penalty" for them trying to be sneaky.
