    My battery is dead from trying to load all day, so it will take a while before I can charge enough to try a hard reset.

    Actually, it's not. It's referenced, but nowhere (that I've found) does it actually tell you HOW to hard reset in the manual.

    I charged the battery and held the button down the whole time, but it still just lead me to the blue screen of death.

    Hopefully, I will pick up a new unit from sprint today.

    I gave up my old phone yesterday. I am not sure my new one works any better, but I am going to make damn sure I can back it up or I am taking it back.

    I have the same issue.. Memory card in and it freezes.. take memory card out and it works.. Its NOT the memory card since I have another card that was blank, I tested it and the phone worked.. Copied the data from the old card to new card and now it freezes.. must be something on the card. HOW can I find out what is causing it to freeze when I insert the card?
