Somehow Windows Mobile assigned a picture to one of my contacts. I did not do it.

Once you assign a picture to a contact, how do you remove it?

No matter what I do, a picture remains assigned to the contact

Also, can you remove "core" applications in Windows Mobile? For example, I would like to remove Quick Tour, Help or Get Pocket Express to save memory. Can it be done?

To answer your second question - no. Those apps that came on the ROM are there for good - or until custom ROMs are available for the 800w. In the meanwhile, all you can do is hide them. The good news is, they are not using any of your user memory.

To remove the picture you need to edit the contact.

    Did you "read" my question????????

I know to edit the contact. That was not my question. My question was that once a picture is added to a contact how do you remove it? Once I go in to edit the contact, it will not allow you to remove the picture!!!!!

There is not way to remove the picture as it always looks for a new on or keep the old one.

Did you "read" my answer? It's where you need to go.

Instead of getting all upset about it, a simple "You know, I looked there and still couldn't find it. Would you mind telling me what I'm missing?" would have sufficed, and is far more likely to get you help.

    Regardless:

It does happen on occasion. Oddly enough only when my wife isn't around......
