    Second thread about this.

    1. When I press to listen to Voicemail it dials my sister's number. Do I need to reprovision? If so, how?

    2. I am still getting weird caller ID behavior. If my wife calls from work it says "Florida 555-5555". I can't understand why her name doesn't show. This happens with a bunch of others too.

Does this happen to anyone else?

It really sounds like either your contacts are setup wrong (IE: your number under your sisters number) or your contacts database is getting corrupted.

I haven't seen ANYONE else post this sort of behaviour.

Hard reset and enter a contact manually, and I betcha that you see it behaves as it should.

I did a hard reset an hour ago because of that Advanced Configuration program. My phone hates 3rd party apps bad.

I used Exchange to bring all 300 contacts back. Usually Voicemail dials the correct number but shows the wrong picture. I notice that it uses my speed dials when it acts up. I was told that reprovisioning my phone again will reset it. Is that true?

What have you got your sister stored under in Speed Dial?

I think this is the source of most (if not all) of your problems.

Voicemail always uses your speed dial (it's setup as speed dial one). There's a registry key to store the voicemail number.

I don't think that reprovisioning will fix it. You can try it. Dial ##RTN# and see what the Mobile number and MSID is set to (both should be your number). If that's correct, then reprovisioning won't help.

The more information you give about these problems, the more it sounds like a corrupt contacts database. The only way to test this would be to hard reset, add some contacts manually, and test.

    Ok, more info.

If I press and hold the number 1 button on the dialer it dials my number but shows my sister's picture (most of my contacts have pictures).

When I get a VM and follow the prompts to listen to it on the Today Screen it dials my sister's number not mine.

How weird is this? I've hard reset this phone once a week since I got it. Everytime I get weird caller ID behavior.

Looks like reprovisioning is out. All of that is correct.

Still sounds like a corrupt contact DB to me.

Not sure what else you want me to say.
