I've only been able to document this problem with other, non-WM Sprint phones, but lately, any pic I send from my 800w never arrives on the recipient's phone. They *are* being sent because they show up in my Outlook sent folder on my PC. I am using the same email address format I was using successfully before this problem (i.e., PhoneNumber@pm.sprint.com).

    Anyone else have this issue?

I think the Sprint email addresses are no more. They shut that down too. There is suppose to be a picture mail CAB for us soon. The Diamond and Pro have it already.

@pm.sprint.com is what Sprint uses for their PictureMail and is different from the dead @sprintpcs.com email system.

I just sent a few pictures to my wife's Q9C with that formula and worked fine.

Called Sprint tech support and they had me send an email without a pic to my own number @pm.sprint.com and I never received it. Tried several times -- same results. The message does show up in my sent folder when I log into Outlook on my desktop, so it looks like the problem is on Sprint's end. For what it's worth, the tech opened a trouble ticket because, like me, he is baffled as to what is going on.
