    Well after complaining over the SMS function on Treo Pro compared with palm OS powered devises like 680 and centro, yesterday i would send a mms and there under the text field all the needed functions like smiley smart text ect is, why the fu.. haven't they set up the sms like that, wonder if that coms in an upgrade ore someone with programing skis make the sms like the text window in mms....

    At this side of the world, SMS does not contain the ability to contain smileys etc. We always have to use MMS for that. Of course, a lot of manufacturers encode those into SMS anyway, but it is not a standard way of doing it.

    In Europe, we use it allot.
    Here the phone is used more for sms than talking, wondering why they didn't take the function with from the Palm OS, the Treo Pro is more minded for us European than the Palm OS was.
