Hi, my phone has stopped showing the photos for contacts that I have when I get a call and making a call. Is there a way to get them back? When I go to my contacts and view their information, their photos are there.

    Thanks,

    Bill

I have tried several soft resets with no luck, and have even synced my treo to my outlook too. One thing that I did remember was getting an error message during a sync last week saying something that It could not connect to a server. After that is when I could not see my contact pictures when they call me or when I call them.

I've had something similar happen a number of time already, in that my speed dial photos disappeared, and while frustrating, it's easily fixed. I simply set up the speed dials again, and when I select the 'picture' option the photo magically reappears. I don't know why it happened, but i have been playing around with a lot of software lately, maybe something conflicted.

I would say try going back into your contacts and resetting all the pictures.

I found my problem, I had to delete my entire speed dial contacts, and once I re-entered the speed dial contacts, their photos came back for caller ID. I noticed that the contacts that did not show the photo id were the once on my speed dial. Wish there was a reason why this happened in the first place. Anyways, just an FYI.

    Thanks
