    Oh, I should point out that I am still on a Treo 650 Palm OS - I am strongly considering changing to a 750 with WM.

    So, I invite anybody to tell me if the apps I mentioned don't work or aren't worth my time.

    I found the solution posted elsewhere. For the extra digits when dialing. You can use the contacts app. When entering the number add a P for a 2 second pause and a W for a pause that requires you to hit the talk button to continue.
