    You have to reflash the device with a "custom" hacked ROM; not hard, but not too easy to muddle through the ROM community either.

    Probably won't work for the 800w as custom ROMs are harder

    I have played with the custom ROMs for the 700, so I suspect the 800 ROMs would not be as difficult. Would we not have to wait for Palm to release an update and then use that to start the custom ROMs for the 800?
