My D-Pad has made a switch on me. It is like it has been rotated counter clock wise on me where up=right down=left left=up right=down. Any ways to change it back??

    This sucks to have happen.

It could be a few different things but most likely a hard reset is the cure.

Are you using a program that has a rotate function?

That is the typical cause. Something made for a phone that can turn the screen will not be able to do it on the 800w but it will turn the dpad.

You need to find which app did it and hit rotate again. Shouldn't need a hard reset.

This is what i was referring to. Note the link states HTC home is the cause, but this has happened to me with other programs as well.

Sounds like it if you can't get the app that did it to undo it. You do have a backup don't you?

I take it you've tried a regular reset? I didn't see it mentioned so just thought I'd ask.
