Well - I made the switch from a 700p to an 800w: So far, so good.

When I had a Nokia N810 tablet, I used a program called RDESKTOP which used windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and allowed me to control/access my desktop wirelessly via EVDO/LAN. I have found RDM+ for the PPC but I do not like the idea of having to install client side software.

I'm curious if anyone know of a program out there that supports RDP via WM6 and hopefully the Treo 800w.

WM6 actually has a RD client installed by default (it was created by MS) but the carriers / OEMs always strip it.

Do a google search for it. It works pretty well.

You can manually install the Remote Desktops for WM6 application. Do a google search for the CAB file.
