It looks like this isn't supported for the 800w yet. Is anyone currently using it on their 800? Seems like a pretty nice program, but don't know if it will work with the phone yet.

Thoughts or experiences with it either on the 800 or other phones?

I've been beta testing a new version. There are some nice features that have been added. The version you have been using is a memory and battery eater. The new version will be better. Should be soon. Sent my latest report on Friday.

A less battery intensive version would be nice. I connect manually when I'm charging. Kinda cool being able to send sms that way.

When you go to sign up on the website, the 800w is not an option in the phone area. Do you just select a different WM Treo or what's the best option there?

    Just select PPC6800/Mogul.

I stopped using it because it was constantly duplicating my contacts.

Yes, I have reported that. When I got my 800 I used Dashwire first then installed Exchange. When they both synced I got dups. If I did Exchange first then Dashwire I would have been fine, no dups.

x2. My DW account still thinks I'm using my 700wx.

+1 For some reason, Dashwire won't store my contact categories, so when it resyncs, it dumps dupes of my contacts into the Uncategorized group!

Yea. I shouldnt have to think about it. It should recognize and not dupe. If it did that then I would use the software...but until then. Now I have 6 of each contact.

Just select "Other Windows Mobile 6" or something like that, I can't remember the exact phrase.
