I'd been using Slide2Play and MortPlayer on my Mogul, and loved them both. Unfortunately, neither seems to be working well on the 800W. What media player can I switch to?

I don't like Windows Media Player. Maybe I'm missing a skin for it, but that program just seems poorly set up.

I know about TCPMP (my version doesn't work, but I know I can track down a workable one), and I like it.

Any suggestions of what people are using or enjoying? My phone/Mogul/800W has to be my music player also.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I'm using TCPMP (but since I bought CorePlayer for my 700p, I have an email in about converting that to a WM version) for video, and I use the built-in media player for music (I don't listen to music often enough to need to pay for an upgrade to pTunes).

Hmmm...I paid for PTunes when I had my 700P and loved it. I guess I'll have to pay to upgrade/convert my program. It seems to be the dominant choice. I just can't believe there aren't any cheaper choices out there.

oh well. guess I'll have to take the dive. I use it for music too much to ignore it.

Pocket Tunes for music and vTap for any and all video search (YouTube) out there. Here are the links:

    www.pocket-tunes.com
    and
www.vtap.com (free over the air download - works great. It's a self-contained video search and playback app. So awesome).
