    Has anyone tried this battery here? It seems like a decent compromise between the stock battery and the enormous Seido battery that is coming out.

    Be wary of some of those Ebay sellers. There are cases of people ordering these batteries because the capacity is larger. When they get the battery it is actually standard OEM with a sticker over the old capacity.

    I bought this one, works great and I talk about it here. Seems like the real deal.

    But the above poster is right, beware of fakes.

    Would not purchase that battery as the battery is listed to be compatible with the Treo 600's and 700's. Those batteries are NOT compatible with the 800w as the contacts are in different locations.

    Agreed. It looks way too generic. I'd be afraid my phone would blow up on the charger. Unless it's from Seidio or Palm, I'll pass. JMO
