Uh - how come you people weren't beating me with a virtual stick to go and install Spb Mobile Shell on my T750?

How the hell did I live without this, exactly?

    Great app!

I save my virtual stick for people who start threads with rude subjects...

I wish the now screen can be the permanent today screen, then you hit x and it goes back to the regular today screen and i hate it.

Bloated fluffy app. After a week of eye-candy and overall sluggishness, off my Treo it went.

But fluffy eye-candy is totally worth sacrificing performance! Just ask the folks who made VISTA.

Never loaded it myself. Actually, I don't think I have a single app that cost money. Not that I wouldn't pay for one I like, I've just never found one worth paying for where I couldn't find a free alternative.

i like Mobile Shell, but for those quick instances I have to check something on my phone, to shut it off I have to hit the end key to get out of Mobile Shell and then the end key again to turn the device off (Treo750) I know its a small price to pay, but it sure does get annoying since I have been using it since the 1.5 version. Anyone know a way around that?

Another similar app is that PointUI Home, but I have noticed random hang ups and even more sluggishness with that one.

Keep your start menu button mapped to start menu - use that for all quick needs like IE, Contacts, Calculator, Google maps etc.

Two taps and I am in any program I use regularly.

I tried it, hated it, removed it. Wastes precious screen real estate for eye candy, doesn't let me display what I want.

Nice eye candy for a while but that's it. As already mentioned some extra steps to do things and bloated.

+2 on the bloated fluffy and sluggish phone comments. I ran it for the trial period and then kicked it like a bad habit.
