Warn about 'non-free' incoming calls in screen?(ie: free evenings and weekends when 6pm-8am)

When incoming call come in, it is possible to have a program put on the 'answer' 'ignore' screen that this call is using your DAYTIME minutes?

    thanks

is there any way for a minute minder to 'turn on' when you are not within the range of free evening/weekends calling? (ie: 6pm-7am -- set by user)

it would be nice if it would:

    1) show up a 'uses your minutes message' in the incoming call screen
    2) beeps every 50sec-1 min when not in 'unlimited' time zone

    thanks

possible with mortscript (see my incall app I wrote a long time ago as an example)
    Palm III > HS Visor > Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 750 > Treo Pro > PrePlus GSM
