On my desktop I can color code different categories of appointments but this isn't available on the WM version. Is there any program that will give this ability to me on WM? I supposed something that gave me appointment icons in month view would also work. I am mainly interested in seeing this in the month view. My work schedule is unusual, so I need to be able to see at a glance which days I am dayshift and which I am nightshift. On my Treo 650 I could do this with Datebook5.0 by adding icons for each.

Pocket Informant will do both for you. You can assign icons and color codes for your categories. In week/day/agenda/month mode you can view items by color coding. You can also customize the views to just show icons for the appoinments on a given day.

Thank you very much. It works. Still need to do some tweaking and I wish it would just accept the category colors I chose in Outlook on my PC, but it will work.
