    I did a search for this but couldn't find an answer to help fix my problem. Two days ago I started noticing my Exchange ActiceSync started acting strange and would not sync correctly. Long story short I just ended up wiping the device and starting over. I recreated the partnership with the Exchange Server and all seems to be working fine. The only problem that I have now is that under Message>Menu "Send/Receive" is grayed out and under Message>Menu>Tools>Manage Folders is grayed out. I cannot access these things. I have look for a setting but found nothing that will help me out or change the status of the functions.

    Has anyone had this problem and know of a fix for it?

    Problem Fixed!

    To fix the problem all I did was another hard reset and reestablished the connection with the exchange server. After that both options were available for use again.
