    Did my research and searched 8503001f like I'm sure I would have been ask to do if I didn't. a grand total of 1 thread comes up with absolutely no help. Please help me!!!

    getting error code 8503001f when trying to sync. "Cannot synchronize with the Outlook Profile you are using, because a different profile was previously set up or the profile is password protected. Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile. Support code:8503001f"

    this happened because I just reformatted the dell computer's hard drive and had to re-install outlook of course.

    Any suggestions?

    Try deleting the pairing from the device (and the desktop) and creating a new relationship.

    I am getting the same error code... How do I delete the pairings? i have windows XP
