The more I use my 750, the more I like it. However, I'm not exactly an Outlook Ninja and I've found something that I want to try and fix. On my 650, I synced with Outlook at work, and Palm Desktop at home. If anything were to happen to the servers at work (catastrophic of course), I still had all my contact/calendar info backed up at home with my Palm Desktop. I currently have my 750 synced with my work exchange server, and it seems that it's one or the other. I either sync with an exchange server or sync with my computer. I have two profiles set up on Outlook at home (one for the exchange server, one for my personal email), and the best solution I have found thusfar is to manually export my calendar and contacts on the exchange server into a .PST file, then import it into my personal profile. I'm not super worried about the personal profile staying up to date, but I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically have the contacts/calendar exported into a .PST file. It would be nice once a week or so if everything was exported, so I always had a relatively recent backup of all my important info. This way if something happens to the servers, if I quit, what have you - I don't have a painful road of updating everything. Is there some solution out there that will do what I want it to do?

    Below is how I do:

Contact - Maintain in Exchange server (both business and personal). Will copy to PST every few months and copy back to my personal Outlook (overwrite all the contacts).

Calendar - Maintain in Exchange server (both business and personal)

Because the exchange server is backed up. I don't need to worry about the loss of data.

    Email - Exchange server (business)

Email - Outlook (personal) - setup a pop3 account in treo and set to "keep message in the server". The email will only be cleared when I use my personal outlook to download it.

You mentioned that you have an exchange profile set up on your home PC as well. It should stay current with whatever is on your work exchange server. Just back up your contacts to a PST periodically so you never have to worry about losing them.

Chapura PocketMirror claims to be able to do this, but it did not work with the configuration I have at work so I couldn't use it. You may want to try it.

Chapura's solution seems to be a bit more than what I want. What fastlerner mentioned doing is what I'm currently doing, and will continue to do in the future. I was just hoping to automate that step. I might have to dust off some of my programming books...

You can probably set up outlook to autoarchive your contacts once a week or something similar.
