    It worked fine until recently. I keep getting a message that says synchronization cannot be made successfully, etc.
    Any ideas?

    soft reset phone, reboot computer and try to sync.

    if that doesn't work, download the latest ActiveSync (AS), disconnect your computer from the internet, uninstall AS, disable firewall and virus scan, install new AS, sync, enable firewall and virus scan, reconnect to the internet...
