I have a friend with a 750, WM6 & he is using mailstreet.com as his exchange provider. Every week or so, his Treo starts to be unable to sync with his exchange mailbox.

The message says "Cannot sync with server, if problems persist, remove & readd the exchange profile" -- I am paraphrasing here.

When I delete & readd the exchange settings, it is still unable to sync. Though it seems like it is not actually trying to hit the server, the Treo just "tries" for half a second to connect, then bounces back to the cannot sync with server.

I did a SPB backup when there were no problems at all & the restored backup still does the same thing after a hard reset (very strange).

Any ideas?
