    Hello all.
    Well I finally upgraded to WM6 yesterday. I waited a week to let any fallout occur.
    As of now all seems to be working well except one thing.
    When I first got the original phone about a year ago, and set up my pocket outlook exchange server email, at first I was not seeing sent items from the phone retained.
    After playing with the phone and tech support there was a setting that when checked off solved the problem.
    I received a replacement phone (hardware issue) and had to re-sync. Once again I had the problem. Called tech support and after a frustrating 30-45 minutes they finally found the setting, after first insisting I do a hard reset.
    I refused and pressed further when finally they got off hold with the answer.
    For the life of me I can't remember where this was.
    Now I have upgraded to WM6 and once again have the same issue.
    Just got off the phone with both AT&T and Palm support and this time they can't help me at all!
    Now there saying there is no such capability, on either WM5 or WM6!
    I keep telling them it was there in 5 but they say it never existed.

    Can anyone assist me?
    I know I'm an ***** and should have remembered how to do this, but now I'm thinking that the option is no longer there.
    Company is using Exchange Server 2003.

    Hope this is what you mean...

    From within Pocket Outlook go to the inbox of the mail account you're needing to add the Sent folder to sync.

    Click on the Menu button in the lower right corner.

    Select the "Tools" menu item, then "Manage Folders".

    You should see a list of the synchable folders and just check the ones you want to include in the sync updating.

    I just couldn't remember.
    This forum is so superior to tech support at either Palm or At&sucks!!!!

    And you're right, that's really amazing their Tech Support wasn't able to do that for you.
