Does anyone know a good time sync program for smartphones wm6 that syncs the time on the phone with the PC when we connect it to activesync?

Alternative are there any programs out there that can sync the smartphone with the phone network, like what nokia phones can do? This means that it can automatically adjust the time of the device when you change to a different provider in a different country.

ActiveSync should take care of this automatically.

    On your desktop: Tools, Options
Select relevant PC (in case you have multiple) - Click the button labeled Settings.
Put a check in the box with label "Synchronize Smartphone date and time upon connecting"

Yeah, I found that out after awhile. Thanks for the help. Its strange though that 500v does not come with the ability to sync with ISP network time like 750, but only with the PC.

Network time is a radio feature on GSM/UMTS radios. Not all radios come with the firmware software to support NITZ (the name for the feature). Also not all networks transmit the time and timezone. The feature tends to cause problems to those who travel a lot. The networks often mess up the time or timezone transmission when daylight savings time comes around. I think you are better off setting your PC to the correct time using an online NNTP service. Then let ActiveSync take care of the time sync. Alternately if you use EAS, the Exchange servers time will update your clock.
