    PocketCM Image Viewer

Just have to throw this out there.

This is not even a beta, technically, but rather an "experiment" by Tene (the developer) to see what his PocketCM framework can do for image viewing.

Basically, just drop this .exe into your Image directory (usually \My Documents\My Pictures) and run it.

    Operations:
-Zoom: tap to zoom, double tap to unzoom
-To close: tap on the upper right corner (like if there was a close button)
-Simply slide left or right to go to the previous/next picture

Anyways, it's very cool, free and easy to use. It's also tiny and requires no installation. Feels very iPhone-ish.

    Tene's website: http://pocketcm.com/
    XDA Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=333559

Also, if you like, please consider sending Tene a small donation. For one, his PocketCM framework is amazing and two, it keeps him going on these projects (Contacts, Keyboard and hopefully Image Viewer).

(I'm attaching version 0.2 to the post, but that will probably be updated so check for newer versions..)

    Considering it's only 0.2...very well.

Swiping left/right to the next picture sometimes results in an auto-zoom, but these things will be adjusted as it progresses.

It automatically opens in full screen/auto fit mode, which makes showing off some pictures very fun and intuitive.

    Indeed.

In fact, Tene should add the swirl as a zoom gesture. Add the browser function and you have that whole thing.

in this early version, you have to put it in whatever folder you put your pics in...so yup, put this in your SD directory for pics.
