Ok, I did the 1.15 update to my Sprint 700wx, and I would like to take advantage of the watching slingbox, pocketDVD movies, listening to Sirius, watching YouTube, etc over a bluetooth headset. I do all these things now, but listen over the speaker or with an annoying wired headset.

    Here are my questions:

    1) When I go into bluetooth settings, there's nothing different. How do I configure it to use a bluetooth headet for different situations? The Motorola Q has extensive settings for bluetooth headsets.

    2) Can I use my Scala 500 to listen to sound? It works on the Motorola Q for listening to Sirius, etc. But I don't think it's an A2DP device.

    3) Which bluetooth headsets are known to work with the 1.15 update? Does the Jabra BT620 work? Of course it doesn't list the 700wx as a compatible device on the TreoCentral store.

    Thanks!

First and foremost, it has to be a stereo headset.

Please search the forum before posting. This topic has been discussed over and over again.

I did search. Any suggestions on key words?

How about A2DP or "Bluetooth Stereo"?

Or just search the bluetooth forum.
