    I keep getting this message. Can anyone tell me why?

    Some Treo's have the same problem. You might want to go to your Sprint Store and tell them the situation so they can replace it for another one. I had the same problem and i called sprint tech support plenty of times and no conclusion even after a couple master resets and rtn resets. It's frustrating. Good Luck.

    You didn't say what carrier, but, this is the issue that the current VZW update 1.22 fixes. I say "current" becuase it was re-released on the 18th of September. If you apllied it before that you'll need to re-apply it.
