I'm thinking about purchasing a Stereo bluetooth headset, just wondering, has anyone tried the HT820 with the Treo 700wx after the newest Spring update? My current bluetooth headset still connects and disconnects sometimes, wasn't sure if that was a problem still with that Stereo headset.

    Thanks,

I am thinking about buying a pair of these (the battery life is amazing, 500 hours stand by!?)

I know they are ad2p, but will they play audio?

The a2dp will channel all of the device sound through the headphones so long as they are a2dp. Think of them as a seperate sound card that you install via BT. When they're on and connected that is where the sound goes.

a few people on here told me "only 1 brand of ad2p stereo headsets work with the treo"

so I wanted to make sure before I went out and spent the money.

I know the treo's are a little testy with blue tooth..

Quite right. I have a Plantronics 590, though, and it works fine.
